Textural, romantic garden-style design is how we describe the classic Flowers and Weeds style. We allow our flowers to move more naturally in arrangements and showcase the unique varieties we've grown from seed. Because of our emphasis on sustainability, seasonality has a large impact on our design process, and helps us create the freshest arrangements.
Our garden is small but incredibly fruitful; the flowers are unique varieties not often available from the wholesale market, and as fresh as possible- straight from our garden to your arrangement. In this way, we do our small part in reducing transport of flowers from other countries, and bring a little more green to our own backyard.
Below is a list of some of the varieties we will be growing in 2018 to create seasonal arrangements all year long.
Soft blush tones and pastel colors rule spring's delicate blooms. This year we'll be expecting anemone, bachelor's button, muscari, tulips, poppy, peony, columbine, scabiosa, daffodil and sweet pea, along with many others.
The flowers that love summer's heat are bright, saturated in color and texture. Some of our favorites include zinnia, echeveria, celosia, amaranth, dahlia, basil, marigold, sunflower, cosmos and lavender.
